Mustard Sauce for Ham

We got this recipe from PapaChef’s oldest sister, who got it from her ex-Mother-in-Law.  I think this is a very old-fashioned recipe, but it is very good and truly delicious with ham.  Easy, too!

1/2 c. canned tomato soup concentrate

1/2 c. mustard

1/2 c. white vinegar

1/2 c. sugar

1/2 c. butter

2 egg yolks

Melt the butter in a saucepan.  Add everything else to the melted butter, stirring well. Cook slowly until the mixture is thickened.  Serve warm with ham.

My mom also makes this mustard sauce, same recipe.  I love it!  My only problem is that it makes a lot and I always have tons leftover.
